few days ago I commented on some of my posts that I put a step by step. Because I'm on "vacation pastry" was only a project, a taxi, but already he was late for step by step since it was almost complete. Anyway I am going to put a step by step from a taxi and decorations which I think is quite interesting. It is an adaptation of the technique for some cookies with the same picture that appears on my great culinary encyclopedia with I studied many years ago ....
first stretch two strips of fondant yellow and black, with a thickness of between half and one inch thick, and superimpose:
Once superimposed, we cut strips between half and one inch, as before, so that each color is as close to a square:
Thirdly we placed the strips next to each other, but turning upside down a yes a no, as we see in the picture, so first above is yellow and is made up of the black, or vice versa:
Press lightly with your fingers in the direction of the courts and we will press the sides to go retaining form. This we do to join. Once the strips have been glued, cut the first strip to match the cut side and started pulling the same thickness as the two previous times:
And now there is going gluing the strips on the side of the car.
Needless to say you can do it with other colors and apply it to other types of cakes, imagination to power!
Within a few days publish the taxi over, I hope you've found this mini-tutorial useful!
